CRAD trust center

Your credit file should never become somebody else's product.

This page separates safeguards that are active today from outside approvals still required. CRAD does not claim a certification, bureau connection, or automatic filing channel that it has not earned.

Identity minimization

CRAD needs no full Social Security number for uploaded-report analysis or letter generation. Consumers are instructed to redact full identifiers and keep no more than the last four digits when identification is needed.

Active now

Private case storage

Case ownership is enforced on the server. Initial raw reports are removed after packet creation; raw reply and progress-report files are processed without being retained.

Active now

Consumer approval

AI findings remain review prompts. The consumer must verify the disputed fact, explanation, evidence, recipient, and final wording before sending or submitting anything.

Active now

Accurate disputes only

CRAD does not promise to delete accurate current information or guarantee a score increase. Goodwill and settlement requests are separated from legal accuracy disputes.
